2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer from WaxCycle and to all agreements concluded via www.waxcycle.nl.
3. Products and services
We sell professionally waxed bicycle chains and offer a chain waxing service for chains sent in.
4. Payment and ordering
Orders are only processed after payment. Payment is handled securely via Shopify Payments or other payment options on our site.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship orders within 2 working days via PostNL with Track & Trace.

6. Right of withdrawal
You can return unused chains within 14 days. The wax service is excluded from this.
7. Liability and warranty
WaxCycle is not liable for damage caused by improper use. Chains are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our wax treatment has a functional warranty of 30 days under normal use.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via info@waxcycle.nl. We respond within 2 working days.
9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Arnhem.
